  • Because our programs are customized for each team, refunds are limited. This helps us keep our prices accessible while reserving time and resources for each client. Cancellations 48+ hours in advance may receive a full refund, cancellations the day before may receive 50%, and same-day cancellations are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances.
